Hepatitis B is one of the most common infectious diseases in the world.
"PATH B - My journey with chronic hepatitis B" is an extensive interactive educational resource designed to improve the lives of people living with chronic hepatitis B by providing information and tools to guide them through the different stages of chronic hepatitis B from diagnosis to long-term disease management. Although developed primarily for patients it can also be a helpful resource for healthcare professionals and assist in discussions with their patients on disease progression, treatment and the importance of adherence and persistency.
This resource is provided as an educational service by the European Liver Patients Association (ELPA) and the World Hepatitis Alliance (WHA).
It is developed in partnership with CNHLC, British Liver Trust, Accueil SOS hépatites Fédération, Associazione EpaC onlus, Associació Catalana de Malalts d’Hepatitis (ASSCAT) and Deutsche Leberhilfe.
It is organised and funded by Bristol-Myers Squibb.
